Now exact details on the character creator itself are currently a bit sparse. The version that I got to play with in the beta was still a work in progress version.
That said it is another one of those areas of the game where they are trying to keep an element of the real world in place.
None of the outfits you can create for yourself would look that out of place walking down your average town/city high street.
The good thing for me is that these outfits only change when you want them to, aside from your weapons none of your visible ‘gear’ carries the stats.
So once you have a style that suits you, you get to keep it which is great, though I will put money that there are a lot Neo clones in the early stages of the game.
