Jo is in the Kitchen and Baking again – this time making Meringue Kisses

This simple little treats make great snacks but are also good to use as edible gifts for your friends.

– Eggs
– Sugar
– Decorations and Colours

– Baking Trays
– Mixer
– Scales

Very simple to create
– Separate your egg whites as that is all you need for this
– Weigh your egg whites and then also weigh out twice that amount of sugar
– Warm your sugar in the oven at 200 c for 5 minutes while also whipping your egg whites
– add the sugar slowly to the egg whites, and then continue to whip for 15-20 minutes or until smooth
– Pipe onto baking trays and decorate
– Place in an oven at 100 c for 30 minutes
– Cool and Enjoy
