So me and Paddy are getting sick of being big fatties, so we’ve decided to go low carb. I have PCOS so my body doesn’t process carbohydrate very well, it also means I get ridiculous sugar cravings… this little treat hits the spot perfectly.
I found the recipe on pintrest and it couldnt be easier
SImply melt 3/4 cup coconut oil in a pan
In a separate bowl combine:
– 3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Mix in the melted coconut oil, give it a good beat and then pour into a lined 8″ x 8″ tin. I topped mine with crushed nuts for a bit of texture.
Stick it in the fridge for a couple of hours to harden and then devour,…. yumminess without the guilt!!
